Get ready for a fantastic pool season! Our pools will open on Saturday, May 24th and stay open until Monday, September 1st. But wait—there’s more! Coventry Pool will also be open after Labor Day on Saturday, September 6th, and Sunday, September 7th, with reduced hours.

For details on hours and other important info, check the Pool Information document, shared with all homeowners via the Red Rock Portal.

As always, a working Pool Access Card is required for entry – no exceptions!

Important Reminders

• Outstanding Balances: If your account has an unpaid balance, your pool access card will not work. Please pay in full before the season begins! Access issues can only be handled Monday-Friday.

• Lost Pool Access Card? Call Red Rock Management at 888-757-3376 or email support@gowithredrock.com. There is a $25 fee for a replacement fob.

• Renters: If you need a Pool Access Card, the homeowner must reach out to Red Rock Management using the contact details above.

• Pool Rules Matter! Please read and follow all pool rules. Violations may result in loss of pool access for the rest of the season.

Reserving Berkshire Pool

Planning an event? Berkshire Pool is available on Saturdays and Sundays! Reservations are three hours long, either 10 AM – 1 PM or 2 PM – 5 PM, with the pool open for general use before or after. Reservations are open to residents only. A $500 fee (including a $200 refundable deposit) is required two weeks in advance. To reserve:

• Contact Red Rock Management at 888-757-3376 or support@gowithredrock.com.
• Fill out the required form.
• Pay the reservation fee in full.
• The pool’s condition will be checked after your event to confirm deposit refund eligibility.
