To enter the pool, you must have an active access card. If your fob is inactive or not working, Pool Attendants will deny entry. If your pool fob no longer works or you don’t have one, here’s what to do:
Why Your Fob Might Not Work:
- Unpaid dues: You may owe a balance.
- Faulty fob: The card’s electronic mechanism may be damaged.
- Deactivation: Your fob may have been disabled.
- No fob: You may need to request one.
How to Fix It:
- Check your account in the Red Rock Portal (homeowners only). Look for the “Current Balance” section. If you have a balance, please make a payment or contact Red Rock Management to arrange a payment plan.
- Get a replacement fob if yours is faulty or missing. Red Rock Management can provide a new one.
- Fee: $25.00.
- Delivery: Mailed unless otherwise noted.
- Request reactivation if your fob was disabled by mistake. Red Rock Management can assist.

Important Notes:
- Renters: Contact your homeowner, landlord, or property management company for assistance.
- Weekend delays: Fob reactivation requests are not processed on weekends. Late Friday submissions may not be handled until Monday—please plan ahead.
